I stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament and was thoroughly impressed. As someone very particular about cleanliness, I found the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The on-site restaurant was excellent — I enjoyed both brunch and dinner. I do wish there were opportunities for guests to tour the studios/campus. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

We had such a great experience at Rock Lititz! Super clean, quiet and spacious rooms and friendly staff. Louise was exceptionally helpful getting us a room at the very last minute and allowed us to check in early. We had a bad experience at another local hotel but things totally turned around once we got to Rock Lititz and were assisted by Louise. We will definitely be back!

Had the opportunity to stay here for my nieces wedding this past weekend. What a great hotel! Easy to get to and very well kept! The young lady working the night shift was awesome (Siri I didn’t get her name) she provided a history of the hotels decor and what they did on the campus. Even went so far as to tell us about the design of the wallpaper in the rooms. She went out of her way to make check in and getting us settled a breeze! Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Had the opportunity to eat brunch at Per Diem…fantastic! Priced right and quality food and service. The eggs Benedict and American standards were our choice and both were delicious!! Toured the property and everything was well kept and clean! Didn’t get a chance to ride the bikes out front but what a great idea to have them available. The housekeeping staff were awesome as well! Just a great experience with staff that are proud to work there and show it in the level of service they provide! Great effort by everyone. Try a stay and be sure you immerse yourself in what the whole campus is about-very cool!!

My first time at this hotel and I was impressed. I was happy with the overall cleanliness of my room. The young lady at the front desk was very kind. I loved the theme of the hotel and the decor. There are lots of items to look at. The lobby was very fresh and cool. Lobby had a lot of seating and activities such as a pool table and corn hole on the patio. A nice bar and restaurant inside. Overall a great stay and they were great hosts for a work event that I attended.

This hotel just gets better and better. Really wonderful people work in every part of this hotel, making it a really personal experience. They are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. I love that they added dimmers to the vanity lighting! Such a huge difference in comfort. Sensory overload is a thing, and bad lighting wears people out. Now if they changed all the guest room lightbulbs to use warmer color tones, that would be even better.

Such a cool experience at this hotel. Super clean and well worth the prices which are a bit more expensive than you budget hotel. Pool table and gym was a plus, though the gym was a bit small. Friendly staff, gave great recommendations for the surrounding area.

Absolutely amazing stay. Service and staff were amazing and the room was so CLEAN. Everything felt brand new because of how clean the entire building was. I lost my AirPods in the room and the hotel emailed us to confirm it was ours and even mailed it back to us! If I ever have the chance I will definitely be staying again.

Nice size rooms, comfy beds, large bathrooms. Cool decor. Gold suited offer lots of space and nice amenities such as a full size fridge/freezer a long table to eat at and 2 TVs. Overall a great place to stay as a home base for Lancaster/Lititz.

Awesome vibe. Cool area. I came down to the lounge around 10pm with my little girl who could not fall asleep. I was looking around trying to find hot chocolate and one of the staff members Tammy saw me and asked if they could help me find something. My little girl wanted hot chocolate and Tammy went to the bar and had them make my little 3 year old hot chocolate (which I don’t even think is a menu item). It was the perfect little finishing touch to the day and our stay.
